His passion is to enable and guide clients to an understanding of their condition, by identifying underlying issues related to movement, posture and muscle imbalances.
His ethos is about helping his clients better control the way they move to prevent recurrence of injury.
His background specialism of strength and conditioning means he can direct his clients to building strength and power to not only achieve their goals and return to their chosen activity as quickly as possible, but also to enable them to reach their full potential for that activity through enhanced performance and technique.
