Laurie is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist and massage therapist and has been in the health & wellbeing industry for over 15 years. She believes yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of any physical or mental health condition. Laurie aims to create a safe, nurturing environment for clients to explore aspects of yoga that may be personally beneficial for them, in particular she looks to enable the individuals own capacity for healing on a BioPsychoSocial basis through the wide range of practices yoga & yoga therapy have to offer.
Laurie is a keen runner, and enjoys the great outdoors, good coffee and aspires to try cold water swimming.

Yoga Therapy is the application of traditional yoga techniques and practices to help alleviate or manage physical and mental health conditions. Yoga therapy is a process where we encourage clients to progress towards self-care and promote overall physical and mental wellbeing. A typical yoga therapy session may include movement, breath practices, mindfulness and relaxation.
